Broadcast studio and fan experience expert joins top experiential design group
October 7, 2024 – Pinnacle, one of the country’s top experiential design and production groups, announced today that Rich Gentile has joined the team as its new Director, Sports Marketing. The hire comes on the heels of Pinnacle’s acquisition of Hartford, CT-based Creative Dimensions earlier this year and solidifies Pinnacle’s leadership in broadcast studio design, hospitality activation and immersive fan experiences.
A nearly 30-year veteran of the sports, media and entertainment industry, Gentile is an Emmy Award-winning Director and Producer who has handled sports marketing operations, content, broadcast, game presentation and a host of other duties for a wide range of pro sports teams while also consulting with top university athletic departments.
This includes standing up stadium and HQ production facilities for teams such as the Las Vegas Raiders, Minnesota Vikings and FC Cincinnati, while handling content production on all platforms and opening new venues for the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles. Gentile has also consulted with numerous teams on maximizing facilities and content for fan engagement and monetization.

As Director, Sports Marketing, Rich will further Pinnacle’s work in areas such as broadcast studio and on-camera environmental design, in-stadium fan engagement zones, VIP hospitality suite design-production and brand activation in and around venues and tent pole sporting events.
