Industry leading plant-based food company Daiya welcomed back attendees to the Natural Products Expo West with a plant-based culinary journey. Hungry attendees were able to taste all the new products Daiya has been cooking up and learn about the future of plant-based cooking. The elegantly designed booth quickly became a show-stopping landmark on the show floor with a custom-made chandelier featuring 600+ iconic Daiya leaves (each hand-tied during assembly). As a brand focused on sustainability, it was important for Daiya’s space to reflect their core values. In construction we utilized sustainable, renewable, and recycled materials throughout the space, including cork, recycled plastics and cardboard, and water-based adhesives and finishes. The floor was made entirely of sustainable cork, the organic-shaped counters featured recycled plastic and all fixtures and appliances were energy efficient. Daiya certainly succeeded in their goal to make a statement at the show, returning to live events with a space that embodied their brand and inspired customers to sample their products.
