After a long global “pause” of in-person gatherings, Bumble wanted to bring people together in an inviting activation at music festivals around the country—including Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and Outside Lands. We worked with Bumble and their agency to create the Bumble Hive, which offered a place for people to meet up, in person, with connections on the app. It playfully celebrated the opportunity to begin to safely get together in person after a long and difficult stretch of isolation. Festival-goers with active Bumble accounts got free access to the space where they enjoyed a place to lounge, rehydrate, recharge, collect exclusive swag and even take fun photos with their new connections.
