Unable to gather in person in 2020, Canon Medical Systems teamed up with Pinnacle to reimagine RSNA. Using our DigitalEXP platform, we created the Canon Museum of Medical Art. 2000 guests from 87 countries participated during show dates, enjoying a personalized experience as they explored the museum. Nine custom product galleries feature explorable content at every turn—the space, effectively 68,000 sq. ft. of virtual exhibit space, hosts 135 content hot spots and over two thousand multimedia assets. We captured the event’s fantastic participation through detailed lead capture and analytics—Canon hosted hundreds of live demos, thousands of chat sessions and made tens of thousands of unique impressions. Post RSNA, Canon has kept their digital experience live as a marketing, recruiting and sales tool and it’s open to visit at any time.
