It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s the Subway blimp! As the grand finale to Subway’s Eat Fresh® Refresh campaign, we took sandwich lovers across the country on an epic ride to taste their favorite subs while soaring through the sky. This “Beastified” blimp visited cities including Kansas City, Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami. Subway brought fresh excitement to dining experiences by taking sandwich tasting to new heights—1,000 feet up in the air. Tickets for the unique restaurant experience sold out in only 17 minutes, and lucky guests went home with exclusive, collectors-item lunchboxes and photos that captured the experience. Overall, the experience brought in nearly 900 news stories and 70,000 social shares—and earned an incredible 1.5 billion impressions.
